About the Course

Eat.Think.Design. is the only course in the country that teaches systematic innovation and human-centered design in a public health context. Student teams work on design projects for real clients at the intersection of food, innovation, and health. Each year, 25 students from a dozen different graduate programs come together to learn about the innovation process through these projects. Students with and without a professional focus on food and food systems are encouraged to apply. More than 50% of our 150 course alumni dating back to 2011 have come from programs outside of the School of Public Health.

Enrollment

If interested in the course, you must attend the first class session, to be held in the big room at Jacobs Hall on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Wait list order will not influence admission decisions. Students may not audit the course. This course is restricted to graduate students.
